Overview:

The February 2026 update for Centrik spans eight releases and delivers an important update to ECCAIRS 2 API connectivity ahead of upcoming authentication changes, along with 17 bug fixes across Safety, Training, Risk, Regulations, and other modules. Notable fixes include corrections to ECCAIRS ADREP taxonomy fields, restored case delegation visibility, and improved permissions handling in the User Importer.

Other Improvements

• [CEN-32067] Centrik's connection to the ECCAIRS 2 reporting API has been updated to use OAuth 2.1 authentication, ahead of the mandatory migration deadline in April 2026. No user action is required; the updated authentication is handled automatically.

Safety

• [CEN-32915] The "Event Report Type" and "Reported By" fields are now exposed in the GSR API, enabling customers to include these fields in external analytics tools such as Power BI.

• [CEN-32919] Case delegations now appear correctly on Safety Case List pages, restoring visibility of delegated phases and assigned users.

• [CEN-33041] Fixed an issue where users could see safety cases belonging to an organisation they did not have access rights to.

• [CNTK-750] Resolved an issue with ECCAIRS ADREP taxonomy fields where certain values could not be entered or saved correctly after the recent taxonomy update.

• [CNTK-760] The Aircraft Registration field in safety reports now correctly accepts all valid characters, including the letter "L", which was previously rejected as invalid input.

• [CNTK-761] Applied the same ECCAIRS ADREP field entry fix to the Centrik 5 platform, ensuring consistent behaviour across both versions.

• [CNTK-765] Applied an additional database-level correction for the ECCAIRS ADREP field fix to ensure data type consistency.

• [CNTK-860] The "Postpone" button for case closure deadlines is no longer displayed after a safety case has been closed, preventing unintended deadline modifications on completed cases.

Training

• [CEN-33128] The "Current Records" download in the Training module now correctly exports only current records, rather than including past records in the download.

• [CNTK-816] Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to add a second sector to a training check on the CheckPrepare page.

Risk

• [CNTK-777] The Organisation selector in Risk Assessments now works correctly on multi-organisation systems, restoring the ability to select the appropriate organisation when adding a new assessment.

• [CNTK-804] The Risk Controls list in Centrik 5 now displays all risk controls as expected, correcting an issue where some controls were missing from the view.

Regulations

• [CNTK-545] Resolved a recurring issue where users were unable to create a new regulation on the New Regulation page.

Contacts & Admin

• [CNTK-632] The "Show All" feature in Contacts now correctly displays inactive access rights when editing a user's profile, ensuring administrators have full visibility of all assigned rights.

• [CNTK-758] The User Importer now correctly assigns existing department-level roles instead of creating duplicate system-wide roles during user import.

Actions

• [CEN-33137] Fixed a display issue where the action drawer was not fully visible on certain devices following the Centrik 5 deployment, restoring proper layout and accessibility of action items.

Compliance

• [CEN-33073] KPI chart images are now correctly included when downloading compliance reports as PDF, resolving a display issue where graphs appeared blank in the exported file.

End-User Impacts

• Organisations using the ECCAIRS 2 API for occurrence reporting should be aware that authentication has been migrated to OAuth 2.1. This change is transparent to end users but administrators should verify connectivity if they manage custom ECCAIRS integrations.

Support Impacts

• The ECCAIRS 2 API authentication migration to OAuth 2.1 is now complete in Centrik. If customers report issues with ECCAIRS submissions, verify that their environment has the latest Centrik update applied.
