Overview:
The December 2025 release for Centrik focuses on critical stability improvements, enhanced integration capabilities, and system performance optimization. This release includes important updates to ADREP taxonomy migration, improvements to SmartDocs integration for document management, and enhanced SCIM provisioning for enterprise identity management. Additionally, the release delivers over 25 targeted bug fixes across Safety, Quality, Training, Risk, Documents, and Regulations modules, addressing key issues related to PDF generation, data filtering, and user interface consistency.
What's New
1. SmartDocs Integration: Link Existing Documents
Centrik users can now link existing Centrik documents with existing SmartDocs documents, providing greater flexibility in document management workflows. When linking documents, users have the option to import existing Centrik PDF content into SmartDocs or start with a blank SmartDoc, giving control over how content is managed during the transition. This enhancement eliminates the need to recreate document relationships and allows organizations to maintain continuity when adopting SmartDocs for their document control processes.
2. ISM 18.1 Assessment Tool Support
Centrik now includes support for the new Assessment Tool (AT) introduced in ISM 18.1, replacing the legacy Effectiveness Criteria field. This update ensures alignment with the official ISM source material, with the Assessment Tool properly configured to display desired outcomes, suitability considerations, and assessment criteria. This change helps organizations maintain accurate compliance assessments aligned with the latest regulatory standards.
3. Enhanced Checklist Usability
Users can now insert checklist items anywhere within long checklists, rather than being required to add items at the end and drag them to the correct position. When in edit mode, new inline buttons allow users to add headings or items immediately below any existing item, significantly improving the efficiency of managing complex compliance checklists with hundreds of items.
