What's New
1. IOSA ISM 18.1 Implementation (Effective 01/01/2026)
Implemented the latest IOSA ISM 18.1 files as supplied by IATA, ensuring compliance with the updated International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations. This update provides current audit checklists, standards, and guidance materials for all IOSA-subscribing operators. The system now properly manages ISM version transitions and resolves previous issues with version searches and duplicate displays across both V4 and V5 platforms.
2. Enhanced Access Rights Management
Administrators can now collapse and expand permissions sections when managing user access rights, significantly improving navigation through complex permission structures. In read view, only granted permissions are displayed, reducing clutter. In edit mode, modules default to collapsed state, allowing users to expand sections as needed. Additionally, column headers for "Do, See, Manage" and "Sys, Org, Dep" now remain frozen when scrolling, maintaining context throughout the access rights configuration process.
3. Audit Workflow Improvements
Findings now display attachments from associated non-conformant audit checklist items, eliminating the need to navigate back to the audit detail to access supporting documentation. This enhancement significantly improves audit efficiency, particularly during authority audits where quick access to evidence is critical.
