Overview
This release enables single sign-on in production, adds a Flight Number field to PDF outputs, and makes max fuel validation tolerance operator-configurable. It also fixes several sync, MEL, CAMP integration, and printing bugs, including a critical app crash during trip creation.

1. Single Sign-On Enabled in Production
Single sign-on is now enabled in the production environment for Tech Log. (TL-7953, TL-7966)
2. Flight Number Field in PDF Generator
Added the Flight Number field to the PDF generator so it can be displayed on SRPs and Journey Logs. (TL-7959)
3. Configurable Max Fuel Validation Tolerance
Max fuel validation tolerance on the iPad is now an operator-level setting instead of a fixed value. (TL-8074)

Sync & Login Fixes
Sector sync dot staying amber after signing: Fixed a bug where the per-sector sync status dot could remain amber after a Pre-Flight or Post-Flight signature synced successfully, only updating to green after a later sync. (TL-8034)
SSO login falling back to local authentication or looping: Fixed single sign-on issues where some users were prompted for a local username and password instead of completing SSO, or were caught in a redirect loop and never granted access. (TL-8097)
Defects, Trips & MEL
App crash during trip creation: Fixed a CoreData crash on the iPad app that could occur during trip creation, affecting users in production. (TL-8077)
Oil and hydraulic uplifts not shown on Pre-Flight screen: Fixed a regression where oil and hydraulic uplifts entered during in-flight MX Checks stopped appearing on the Pre-Flight screen, while fuel uplifts continued to display correctly. (TL-8039)
MxCheck uplifts double-counted on new trips: Fixed a bug where fuel uplifts added via an MX Check were also carried over as a separate uplift on the next trip, inflating the calculated fuel on board. (TL-3768)
Tolerance not applied to items with a due date and time: Fixed a bug where scheduled maintenance items with a due date and time, rather than a due date only, did not have tolerance applied, causing serviceability mismatches between the dashboard and iPad. (TL-7936)
Oil unit capitalization on iPad: Corrected the capitalization of oil units displayed on the iPad. (TL-8062)
Web Dashboard & Printing Fixes
Daily Check certification missing from printed Technical Log: Fixed an issue where a completed and certified Daily Check was not shown on the printed Technical Log, so the printed record did not fully reflect the certification performed. (TL-8079)
CAMP Integration Fixes
CAMP rejecting long limitation text: Limitations are now truncated to 500 characters before being sent to CAMP, preventing CAMP from rejecting the update. (TL-8080)
End-User Impacts
iPad Users: Sync, MEL, uplift, and crash fixes have been resolved. Users should update to v1.66.0.
Web Dashboard Users: SSO is now available in production; SRP rendering and printing fixes are live as of this release.
