Overview
The Maintenance page allows you to view and manage maintenance items for a selected aircraft in the Tech Log Web Dashboard. It provides a central location to monitor overdue maintenance, review active maintenance items and access completed maintenance records.
Maintenance items may originate from a variety of operational and maintenance workflows, depending on your organisation's configuration. For example, they may be created following a reported defect, generated from an intermittent fault that requires engineering action, entered directly by maintenance personnel or received through an integrated maintenance system.

Understanding the Maintenance page
The Maintenance page groups maintenance items by their current status, making it easier to prioritise work.
Depending on your maintenance records, you may see groups such as:
- Overdue Items – Maintenance items that have exceeded their due date or maintenance limit.
- All time – All scheduled maintenance items that are currently being monitored.
- Resolved – Maintenance items that have been completed.
Overdue items are displayed at the top of the page and are highlighted red to help identify maintenance requiring immediate attention.
Resolved items are hidden by default.
To display completed maintenance items, select Show Resolved.
Note: The maintenance groups displayed depend on the maintenance records for the selected aircraft.
Search for a maintenance item
Use the Search field to locate a maintenance item.
The search performs a text-based search across the maintenance list, helping you quickly find the required record.
Filter the maintenance list
Use the filters displayed on the right-hand side of the page to refine the maintenance list.
Filters help you narrow the list to display only the maintenance items that match your selected criteria.
Note: The available filters may vary depending on your system configuration.
