To view and manage your existing TrustFlight Support request, firstly ensure you are logged into the portal by clicking on Sign in:
Once signed in, click on your user profile, then click on Requests:
On this page you will be able to see all your (and your organisations) current and previous requests.
NOTE: If you are unable to see your organisations requests, reach out to the Support Team by submitting a request and ask for organisation sharing to be enabled.
