- From the all documents area, click on the three dots under the Actions column.
- From the available options, select the Manage option
You are directed to a summary page for this document, various tabs are available to use from within this page, initially you are directed to the Overview tab.
- Select the tab titled Version History
- Select the document version that you wish to view by clicking on the document Name
The document is displayed.
- Click on the View button to see the available options
- Select the option Version Comparison from the displayed options
You are directed to the Version Comparison screen, where the document sections are displayed on the left-hand side for easy access. The view can be adjusted by selecting the available tabs at the top of the screen.
Changes between versions are clearly indicated using red and green color coding, highlighting modifications that reflect the differences between document versions.
Screen options
Unified: The unified display consolidates all of the changes into one place via a scrollable list.
Split: The split option allows you to view a side by side comparison of the selected document and its previous version.
Summary of Changes: This view provides a consolidated list of the document changes in detail, highlighting what has been removed, or added. Each section can be expanded by clicking directly onto the section title, and each affected section has an actions area.
