My Actions
Overview:
The My Actions section displays official tasks that need your attention. These monitored actions often have deadlines and include important tasks such as reading and acknowledging documents.
Layout:
1 - Open / Closed: This enables users to display both open and closed actions separately. By allowing independent display of these actions, users can gain a clearer understanding of their ongoing tasks as well as those that have been completed.
2- To Do / Blocked / Overdue tiles: By selecting any of the tiles that are available, users can efficiently narrow down the action list to display only the items that belong to the relevant category.
3 - Filter icons: Furthermore, users can refine their view of the list by using various criteria such as Status, Due Date, and Type
4 - Show Done toggle.
5 - Search bar: Allows users to enter text queries to find the specific actions they are looking for.
6 - Columns: The list of actions is organised into several columns (ID, Status, Action Type, Due Date and Actions).
Users can efficiently organise and sort their actions by using the different columns available (e.g. ID or due by date).
7 – Actions – The available Actions for each item include:
View Details – Takes users to a section where they can see Action Details and attributes, as well as an Audit Trail showing the Event, who it was Performed By and the Date & Time.
Go to Target – A quick link for users to access the related item directly.
8 - Pagination: The display is organised into numbered pages. This is useful when a user has a significant number of actions assigned to them.
