A record of revision documents the history of changes made to a document, including its version number, its version date, and the documents status.
- From the all documents area, click on the three dots under the Actions column.
- From the available options, select the Manage option
You are directed to a summary page for this document, various tabs are available to use from within this page, initially you are directed to the Overview tab.
- Select the tab titled Version History
- Select the document version that you wish to view by clicking on the document Name
The document is displayed.
- Click on the View button to see the available options
- Select the option Record of Revisions from the displayed options
A pop up window displays the Record of Revisions area, displaying the different document Version Number, Version Date, and the Status.
The screen highlights the version you are currently viewing, older / previous versions (withdrawn) can be selected from this page if required.

The pathway to a documents Record of Revisions can be shortened (if required) by clicking directly on the Document Name and following from point number 5 in the above user guide.
