Tag creation:
Tags are managed within the Reference Settings section, by selecting the option from the side menu and clicking on the Tags Tab. This view displays an overview of the current system Tags.
New Tags can be created directly from this area.
- Click on the + Add Tag button
- Enter the Tag Name that you wish to create
- Click on the Create button
*To cancel the process at any stage, click on the Cancel button.
The newly created Tag is displayed within the Tags Tab overview.
The Columns display the created Tag Name, the number of Documents that are linked, or associated to that specific Tag, the Created Date (when the Tag was created), and an Actions section, this allows you to edit or delete the created Tag.
To edit or delete a created Tag, click on the three dots within the Actions column, for the specific Tag you wish to edit or delete.
Choose the applicable option from the displayed list.
