Action Tracking
Overview:
The Action Tracking area shows the status of actions for all system users. The interface assists managers in effectively monitoring the progress of actions that have been assigned to various team members. By using this tool, managers can easily identify which items are currently in progress, which have been completed, and which may require further follow-up.
Layout:
1 - Open / Closed: This enables mangers to display both open and closed actions separately.
2 - To Do / Blocked / Overdue tiles: By selecting any of the tiles that are available, managers can narrow down the action list to display only the items that belong to the relevant category.
3 - Filter icons: Furthermore, managers can refine their view of the list by using various criteria such as Status, Due Date, and Type
4 - Show Done toggle.
5 - Search bar: Allows managers to enter text queries to find a specific action they are looking for.
6 -Columns: The list of actions is organised into several columns (ID, Status, Assigned To, Action Type, Target, Due Date and Actions).
Managers can efficiently organise and sort the actions by using the different columns available (e.g. Assigned To or due by date).
7 – Actions – The available Actions for each item include:
View Details – navigates to an Action Details and attributes area, along with an Audit Trail that displays the Event, Performed By, and Date & Time. Users can also Send Reminders and Postpone due dates.
Go to Target – A quick link to access the related item directly.
Adjust Deadline – Enables quick adjustment of the action's deadline.
Page pagination: The display is organised into numbered pages. This is useful when monitoring a substantial number of actions.
