Once you have created one or more tags within your site, you can associate these tags with specific hazards that are identified within your risk assessments.
This article explains how to add tags to specific hazards.
Start by selecting the Risk module from the navigation menu. If your site uses multiple risk subsystems, choose the appropriate subsystem relevant to the hazards you want to tag.
2. Next, navigate to the Assessments tab within the selected subsystem. This tab provides you with a list of all active risk assessments associated with that particular subsystem. From this list, select the specific risk assessment you wish to work on.
3. Once you have opened the desired risk assessment, proceed to the Evaluation phase. Within this phase, you will find a section called Hazards Summary, which displays all the existing hazards that have been identified as part of the assessment.
4. To add tags, click on the hazard you want to update. This action will take you to a detailed screen dedicated to that particular hazard. Scroll down towards the bottom of this screen until you locate a section labelled Tags.
5. To make changes, click on the Edit button or alternatively, click on any editable field on the screen to enter edit mode. This mode allows you to modify the hazard details, including the tags associated with it.
Within the Tags section, you will find a box that displays the tag hierarchy you have created. If you have not yet selected a tag for the hazard, the box will be labelled (not specified).
6. From here, you can select the relevant tag or multiple tags by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
7. Once you have clicked the Select button, the tags you have chosen will be stored and subsequently displayed within the Tags area of the page. This allows you to easily view and verify the tags you have selected.
After reviewing the tags, the next step is to finalise your selection by clicking on the Save button.
