There are situations where you may need to use the same checklist repeatedly, but across different locations or with different providers offering the same service.
For example, you might be auditing multiple aerodromes, or service providers operating in several locations, while wanting to apply a single checklist to ensure consistency.
Although you can run the same checklist multiple times, all instances will appear in your audit summary as a single line item.
Some regulators or authorities may require you to show, through your checklist or audit schedule, when specific audits are planned.
To demonstrate that audits have been scheduled for different locations or service providers, you can create a master checklist template and then generate individual child checklists from that master copy.
- From your Checklist Schedule page, select the required checklist (in this case we have selected the above highlighted checklist (Aerodrome / Station Audit))
The Checklist details area can be amended as is required.
- Click on the button, Create Template
- Click on the Add button within the Child Checklists section
- Enter in a Checklist Name
- Enter in the Schedule for this audit / checklist to occur
- Click on the Save button
The child checklist is displayed under the Checklists schedule tab.
Continue to add child checklists and build your aerodrome / service providers checklist schedule by following the same method.
