Overview
After successfully logging into the system, you will be directed to the Dashboard.
The Dashboard provides:
- Access to available system modules
- Links to other TrustFlight products
Each module is displayed as a tile:
- Selecting a tile will take you to that module
- External links (e.g. TechLog) will open in a new browser window
Some module tiles may display a lock icon:
- This indicates that additional permissions are required
- Selecting a locked module will open an i-frame pop-up
- This pop-up allows you to contact TrustFlight Support directly via email
Switch Module
The header bar includes a Switch Module option.
- The Switch Module icon allows you to quickly move between modules
- Clicking the icon displays a list of available modules and links
- As this feature is located in the header bar, it is available on every screen which reduces the number of clicks needed to navigate the system
Notifications
The header bar includes a bell icon, which represents the Notifications area.
Selecting this icon opens an on-screen i-frame with notification options.
- By default, only Unread notifications are displayed
- You can switch to view All notifications, including previously acknowledged items
Notification Settings
- Click the three dots within the notifications panel to access settings
- Available options include:
- Mark all as read
- Notification settings
TrustFlight Supporting Material & Services
Selecting the question mark icon in the header bar provides access to Help & Support resources.
Available links include:
- TrustFlight Privacy Policy
- Terms of Service
- Help Center
System Themes
You can adjust the system theme using the half-moon icon in the header bar, where you can choose from:
- Light Mode
- Dark Mode
- Or your operating System default
Dark Mode can be beneficial for:
- Users sensitive to bright screens
- Working in low-light environments

Product Feedback
The Give Feedback feature allows users to send feedback directly to the TrustFlight team.
This tool enables users to:
- Capture and include a screenshot (automatically added)
- Add annotations and comments
- Record a video
- Attach additional files
Important:
Users should ensure that no sensitive or private information is captured.
- A “Hide” tool is available (on the left) to redact sensitive content before submission
My Account / Logout
The My Account area can be accessed by selecting:
- Your initials in the circle
From here, you can:
- View and update account settings
- Log out of the system.
