TrustFlight Support has previously contacted you regarding an update of Centrik to Centrik5 for your site. As part of the above migration your Test site has been running Centrik5 now for many weeks.
Unfortunately, we have not received a response to these previous communications, and the Live site deployment had been put on hold.
As we prepare to move forward with the update of Live site for all customers, we would like to notify you that we intend to update your Live site by the end of July 2025.
Since this Broadcast has been distributed to several members of your team, we request you to acknowledge, via your Centrik Admin, your receipt and comprehension of the above by emailing support@trustflight.com. After we obtain your confirmation, we will move forward with the scheduled update and will contact you in the upcoming months to verify the exact deployment date.
