Since the date for this audit was set at ‘Audit Due On’ my audit will state ‘Due’. If I had started the audit today it would show ‘In Progress’ as its status.
Clicking on the ‘Edit’ button I can add additional auditors (if configured) within the audit team section as well as add in a contact to notify when the audit has been completed.
1. Click on the ‘Edit’ button
2. Enter in any additional audit team members (selecting from the dropdown list)
3. Enter in any contacts to notify when the audit is complete (optional)
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button
Any additional auditors will be notified of the audit and its due date.
The checks section displays an overview of the number of checks completed alongside a Results Breakdown area for when the audit is underway.
There are two ways that I can look at my audit items in detail
1. The audit sections will be displayed under the Conduct Audit area, these will show as Open. Click on a section to work through that area. Alternatively scrolling down the screen and selecting the audit section required will also open that area
Opening from the audit phase.
Or, opening from the audit sections area.
If scrolling to the sections view, there I can see an overview of my checks (described previously) as well as a sections overview. The example above is not an editable/extendable checklist meaning that it cannot be extended or edited. If it were editable / extendable I could use the greyed out ‘Add section’ area to add more sections and items. I can select each section on its own or alternatively click on the ‘View All Items’ button which will display my entire checklist items.
2. Select a section (or view all)
3. When a section (or all sections) is shown, click on the ‘Edit’ button
4. Give each section a score against its compliance by using the dropdown list
5. Continue working through each section
6. Click on the ‘Save’ button when completed
7. If there is zero non conformance or findings against any items within a section, then click on ‘Complete Audit’ button
