This guide will take you through the process of completing the Hydraulic and Oil Uplift sections of the Preflight phase within the app.
Certain fields are optional and may not appear with your particular operator. These will be marked as (optional).
1. (Optional) Once you've returned to the Preflight page, you will see option to "Show Oil Uplift". Again, you can reveal a field to input any oil uplift prior to flight. Much like the hydraulic uplift, your experience may differ to the example based on engine count and items your operator wishes to be logged. In both these hydraulic fluid and oil uplift examples, quantity is in qts.
2. (Optional) next see an expandable option to "Show Hydraulic Uplift" . This will enable you to add any hydraulic fluid prior to flight. In this example, you can enter the initial quantity and an uplift amount. The departure amount will then be calculated using these two figures. Your aircraft may include more hydraulic systems than this example.
