This release focuses on improving the Smart Merge functionality and enhancing user experience through critical bug fixes and performance optimizations. The primary improvements address Smart Merge accuracy issues, broken link rendering in CAS messages, and notification banner inconsistencies that were affecting operator workflows.
What's New
Enhanced Smart Merge Logging (MM-2373): Implemented comprehensive logging for Smart Merge operations to improve debugging capabilities and provide better visibility into merge processes.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Fixed Smart Merge Item Classification (MM-2582, MM-2581): Resolved critical issue where Smart Merge was incorrectly marking all MEL items as "new" instead of properly differentiating between new items and changes. This fix ensures accurate change tracking and review workflows.
Fixed Broken Links in Smart Merged CAS Messages (MM-2583): Resolved issue where links in CAS (Certification and Analysis) messages were broken after Smart Merge operations. Links now render and function correctly in both the editor and PDF outputs.
Fixed False AMEL Review Notifications (MM-2578): Corrected issue where users saw yellow notification banners listing updated Master MELs (MMELs) even when no Aircraft MELs (AMELs) actually required review, eliminating false alerts and improving workflow clarity.

Enhanced Smart Merge Accuracy: Users will now see correct change classifications when creating Smart Merged MELs, with only genuinely new items marked as "new" and actual changes properly identified.
Restored CAS Message Functionality: All links within CAS messages in Smart Merged MELs now function properly, ensuring seamless navigation and reference capabilities.
Reduced False Notifications: Users will no longer receive misleading notification banners about AMEL reviews when no action is actually required, improving workflow efficiency.

Known Issues
Smart Merge BC Section Classification: Some BC sections may still be incorrectly marked as "new" in Smart Merged MELs. Investigation and fix are in progress.
