The landing page for your organisation might look differently depending on if any sub-systems have been created.
Single sub-system
This page contains an area for a personal status (of the user logged in), an audit section, an analysis section, and an Actions area. If signed up to Regulations, there will be a separate Regulations button available (not shown).
Multiple sub-system
This screen initially looks like the landing page for a single sub-system however when a multiple sub-system has been created each page will have a heatmap analysis area, and KPIs. In addition, a further ‘Tab’ is created which contains a heatmap and KPI analysis for all the sites Compliance sub-systems.
If signed up to Regulations, these will appear in this area.
Personal Status
The left-hand side ‘Personal Quality’ lists any Audits, Findings or Actions that the Logged in user is responsible for. Audits, Findings and Actions have their own buttons and will only appear if there is something assigned to the user.
Audit Sections
The middle section is the area that houses the audit types
Checklist Creation
The templates for Audits are created as Checklists within Centrik, several distinct types of checklists can be configured by Centrik for your system.
Checklist Type – Standard checklist type
Self-Audit – The ability to create organisational check lists
Third Party – The ability to create and utilise audit over email and create different organisation types within Centrik
Survey – The ability to create Surveys, these can be used internally or externally and allow for the creation of bespoke survey type audits
IOSA Style – The ability to create IOSA style audits
Regulator – Allows authorities to plan inspections, conduct audits and have oversight of organisational compliance
With exception of Surveys all checklists can be configured to have ‘Findings’ enabled.
Only checklist type and IOSA style audits can have a schedule attached to them. This can be set at either 12 or 24 months.
Checklists for Internal, External and Self-audits are all created in the same way. Third party audits, Surveys and Regulator style audits have checklists within each type but there is a different process in how these are created.
Checklist with a schedule
If an audit area has a schedule associated to it (requires site configuration), and a checklist has already been created it is possible to create your audit schedule from the main overview landing page.
1. Clicking on the relevant ‘Check list’ button (Internal, External Audit) will open the landing page.
Here you are able to schedule in your audits across either a 12- or 24-month period (depending on system configuration).
12 Month
24 Month
2. Clicking on the ‘Edit’ button enables check boxes to appear for each month.
3. Clicking on a check box turns it ‘blue’ in colour. Select all required check boxes.
4. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
This creates your schedule. It is possible to create a schedule within each individual checklist if required.
